"Do you offer financing?"  We hear this question often and the answer is YES! Pine Creek Structures currently offers several financing programs. All financing programs require a credit check, but make your new storage shed or garage more affordable for you!

 

 

About Our GreenSky Financing Programs

calculatorWe are proud to offer two financing programs through GreenSky: a 13.99% Fixed Rate program and a Risk-Based Fixed Rate program. The best part about these programs is that you are not penalized for paying off your loan early! These programs are ideal for customers who need financing and want a low monthly payment.

 

The first GreenSky financing option is for 120-months with a 13.99% fixed interest rate. GreenSky also offers a risk-based program. This program offers a fixed rate varying from 11.99% to 22.99% depending on your provided information. Both programs include a 120-month term, allowing for affordable low monthly payments.

 

How it works:

Come into your local sales office to talk to a rep about the storage structure of your dreams. Once you have the shed you'd like determined, we'll help you fill out a simple form for GreenSky to run a credit check for financing your structure. You'll receive an approval decision on the spot! (If applying for the risk-based program, you'll find out the fixed rate you have been approved for.) If approved and you accept the loan terms, we'll process your order and schedule delivery of your new building to your home. You will receive transaction request via an email or text message requesting your approval. Once approved, Pine Creek Structures will run the final payment and your business with us is complete. While you are enjoying your new building, follow GreenSky's procedures for making your monthly payments to them until your loan is paid in full (pay online, by phone, or schedule automatic payments to be drafted from your bank account).

 

 

 

About Our Ally Financing Programs

calculatorWe are proud to offer a program through Ally Financial (part of Synchrony Bank). This program features a 10.99%* fixed interest rate with varying term lengths depending on your loan amount and your preference. Term lengths can range from 3-years to 10-years. The shorter the term length, the less the total amount in interest you'll repay. The longer the term length, the smaller your monthly payment amount. This financing program is great for customers who need financing and want to pick the term length best for their needs. Here are some important facts apart each term length that may be available to you:

*Rates as low as 10.99%. Customers who do not quality for 10.99% APY may be offered their plan with higher APY depending on their provided information.

 

How it works:

Come into your local sales office to talk to a rep about the storage structure of your dreams. Once you have the shed you'd like determined, we'll help you fill out an online form for Ally to run a credit check for financing your structure. You'll receive an approval decision immediately! Ally Financial will send you an email to accept the loan. Follow their instructions to sign documents and you have funding for your new building! You will receive a transaction request via an email to authorize payment. Once you authorize this request, your building is paid in full and we will process your order and schedule delivery of your new building to your home. (If you only wish to make the required down payment initially to start processing your order and then run the final balance upon delivery: You will need to use your Ally financing for the final payment and another payment method for the down payment (cash, check, credit card, etc). Ally Financial does not currently allow split payments.) While you are enjoying your new building, follow Ally financial's procedures for making your monthly payments to them until your loan is paid in full (pay online, by phone, or schedule automatic payments to be drafted from your bank account).

Please note: Ally Financial's financing programs are completely digital and require you to have an email address.

About Rent To Own

 

"How does your Rent To Own program work?" It's a question many of our customers are curious about. Our 36-month Rent To Own program makes purchasing the structure you need easy and affordable. Call us crazy, but we offer this option with absolutely no credit check. Good credit, bad credit, no credit... you're approved!

 

Rent To Own payments are roughly $50/month for every $1000 of the retail priceWith affordable monthly payments, you can figure it into your monthly budget instead of worrying about depleting your savings. Our Rent To Own program consists of 36 monthly payments. At the time you purchase your structure, you'll put 2-4 monthly payments down. You can choose to be billed monthly (requiring 3 monthly payments down) or have your monthly payment automatically withdrawn from your bank account or credit card (requiring 2 monthly payments down). Our Rent-To-Own program works out to roughly $50/monthly payment for every $1,000 of retail price. For example: A $2,000 structure would require roughly $100.00/monthly payment with $200.00 (2 payments) down with auto withdraw or $300.00 (3 payments) down with monthly billing. After your 36 payments, you'll be the official owner of the building!

 

You're probably thinking "There must be more to Rent To Own than that! Is it really that easy?" It really is that easy! When you place your order, the sales manager will fill out a Rent To Own contract with you which explains all the details. If you have any questions, just ask! Your monthly payments will begin once your building is delivered. If you would like to make an extra payment, pay off your structure early, or are having trouble making payments, contact the rent to own program's company directly. The staff will gladly answer your questions and concerns about your account.

 

Rent To Own mean your don't have to break the bankThere are a few more details you should know... Our Rent To Own program is available for purchases from $1,000.00 to $9,000.00. Certain products may require more than 2-3 monthly payments down. Bargain Corner buildings require 4 monthly payments down. There are also a few products not eligible for our Rent To Own program, such as gazebos, pavilions, horse barns, two-story buildings, modular buildings, cabins (and all buildings to be used as a residence), and buildings without a floor. Rent To Own on greenhouses and select animal shelters are limited to purchases where the structure is delivered inside PA and purchased at a PA retail store. Customers who do not make monthly payments will have their structure repossessed. Households with a previous Rent To Own contract where the structure had to be repossessed are not eligible for new Rent To Own contracts. Talk to your local sales manager for all the details!
